Even though we still have several weeks before the event, we want to put out a call to action as we work toward the Hollywood Meets Nashville Grammy Night Viewing Party and Benefit Gala. Our event committee is asking for volunteers to help us pull off what we hope will become the event of the season. We are looking for assistance in a number of areas, including in-kind sponsorship (swag bags), restaurant coordination, audio/visual and on-site production.
The event will be featuring a Taste of Nashville style food sampling with numerous restaurants donating food at stations that they will be manning and promoting. Volunteers will be needed in the coordination of these restaurant stations.
We would like volunteer assistance in the procuring and coordinating of items for our celebrity gift bags and silent auction items.
We need people who want to assist on the day of the event, people experienced with audio/video equipment, who can help make the broadcast experience, the best ever for our guests.
